This bench/settee has a cane back and cane side panels with a walnut tone glaze over solid wood with speckled patina - this finish style (with the speckling) was very popular in the mid 1900s, especially from the 1950s-1970s. It has been freshly re-upholstered in a beautiful plum colored, soft velveteen-canvas fabric that includes 2 matching roll pillows. Perfect end of the bed or entryway/hallway bench!
